HEALTHY LIVING: Holiday travel can be a pain in the neck


The hustle and bustle of the holidays means many things: festive traditions, friends and family gatherings, good food and – for lots of people – traveling long distances. According to the American Automobile Association, an estimated 93 million people traveled distances both near and far during the 2012 year-end holidays, and that number is expected to increase in 2013.
